Contact us
We are unable to provide immigration advice over the phone. Please send your query to the International Student Office by emailing: international.students@admin.cam.ac.uk. We aim to provide a response within 3 working days but this is not always possible during peak periods.
Our visa advice is usually provided by email correspondence. It is possible to request an appointment with a member of staff but priority is given to students with particularly complex circumstances. Any requests for an appointment should include an overview of the nature of the query that you would like to discuss. Appointments must be booked in advance.
The service is available throughout the year, Monday to Friday during office hours, except for the Christmas closure period.
If you are being sponsored by the University for a work visa, please contact the HR Compliance Team if you have any related queries.
